TechFix Service (Terms and Conditions) We like to keep things simple, affordable and friendly with our customers. We have a few rules to keep everybody happy.
Our quotation covers labour and parts to fix your appliance or equipment as you described the fault. If our technician finds additional failed parts we will communicate this to you on site. You may be required to purchase an additional part to achieve an optimal repair. The labour charge will be the same. This will only be done with your agreement.
You will be asked to pay the call out charge $55.00 (Zone one), $95.00 (Zone two), before our technician departs our workshop. This will lock in your service call. If you cancel on the day of the service, then this is non refundable. So please make sure the time you book suits.
Payment for the Service Call is required before our Technician leaves your site. All our staff carry mobile devices for processing credit cards etc. If we do not have the part required to complete the service. We will re-attend to complete the job with the part at no additional cost to you.
All our repairs are warrantied for 3 months on labour, all spare parts carry the manufacturers warranty which differs but is usually 12 months or greater.
